Kyudo - Traditional Japanese Archery

Welcome to the Kyudoverein Neandertal. We are a Kyudo-Club from Erkrath, near Düsseldorf. The Kyudoverein Neandertal was founded in 2002 and has currently about 30 members of all ages from 18 years upwards. Our Kyudo teachers are Uta Scholten (3. DAN) and Reinhard Kollotzek (5. DAN). We learn to shoot with the traditional long-bow, following the centuries old tradition of japanese archery.

You can visit our Kyudo training or take part in a specific Kyudo beginners course, if you are interested. To arrange a visit, please contact us.
